Do you offer 24-hour access?

Yes, you can use your unit at any hour of the day. Our location is perfect for outdoor RV/vehicle/boat parking – thoroughly recommended by past customers to anyone seeking clean, spacious, and secure storage for their vehicle or camper!

What is drive-up access?

Our drive-up spaces allow renters to park right next to the units for easy access. There are lots of options as far as sizes, and you will be able to come and go as you please with our keypad gate system.

Do you offer temperature-controlled storage?

Our temperature-controlled storage units are clean and comfortable every time you use them. You won’t have to worry about your things getting wet or damaged, either.

Is your storage facility secure?

Security is well established at this place with a coded gate and security cameras everywhere. Our customers love knowing that their personal stuff is safe here and well looked after.

Can I make an appointment to visit you?

If you’d like to see our temperature-controlled storage units in person, let us know by calling or sending a message via the contact form. You will be able to see the whole facility, including the temperature-controlled units, the drive-up spaces, and the outdoor RV/vehicle/boat parking area.

What is the move out process?

  1. Please provide a 15 day written notice, If possible. You can do this by texting us at (608) 478-4863, or by email at Info.sunprairie.selfstorage@gmail.com.
  2. Empty your unit of all valuables, belongings, litter, and leaveing the unit broom swept.
  3. Remove the Lock! Its yours to keep!
  4. Take a picture of the unit and Text (608) 478-4863 with your full name, unit number, and move-out date! Email more convenient? Take a pitcure and email us at info.sunprairie.selfstorage@gmail.com
  5. Once all of the above requirements have been completed, you will be notifed by email tha we have closed your account with us.
